Hosting and website requests
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes request information, which can include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and timestamps, to deliver pages and protect the service. Form rate limits use request IP addresses. Site search and category filtering run in your browser. We have not installed visitor analytics, advertising pixels, or popularity tracking.
Email delivery and storage
When email delivery is configured, form messages are sent through Google Workspace SMTP to our publication inbox. The site does not save form entries in a submission database. Messages and replies may be retained in our mailbox for responding to requests, maintaining correspondence, and meeting applicable obligations. Delivery depends on the form's displayed availability; you can email us directly when a form is unavailable.
Subscription requests are handled by our team. We do not operate an automated mailing-list account through this website. You can withdraw your request or ask us to stop sending updates by contacting the same email address.
Sharing and outside services
Cloudflare and Google process information as service providers for hosting, security, and email. We do not sell form information or use it for targeted advertising. Advertisements are locally hosted images linked to the advertiser's website; clicking a link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users.
Cookies and browser storage
The site's search and article filters do not require an analytics cookie or advertising identifier. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to serve and secure requests. Third-party websites reached through links determine their own cookie and storage practices.
Your choices and requests
You can browse articles without submitting a form. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us, or to withdraw consent to contact you, email info@dallasmarketing.ai with enough detail to identify the correspondence.
